Job Description

The Mission:

The quality of solar offers and installations for French households is catastrophic and opaque even though the market is incredible and booming. Our client aims to disrupt this market by expertly modernly and transparently managing sales and installations from A to Z bringing the sun into every home with confidence.


The Company:

Our client was founded in October 2023 by three entrepreneurs passionate about the energy transition. Combining their cumulative 30 years of experience in tech (Google Palantir) renewable energy (Engie Enel) field operations (Lime Bouygues Construction) and entrepreneurship (Manty Seekube) they tackled the residential solar market which is still immature in France. Rising electricity prices decreasing material costs and the climate emergency make residential solar what fiber optics were 10 years ago: a giant market (13 million solarcompatible homes 200bn TAM) on the verge of exploding.

Your Role:

  • Prequalifying incoming leads answering questions and addressing objections.
  • Assessing the financial and technical feasibility of their project (you will be trained on this of course).
  • Coordinating a technical visit with our technicians.
  • Creating quotes and commercial proposals and closing the sale (Closing at least 10 prospects per month).
  • Ensuring smooth project execution implementing recommendations/referrals after completed projects to upsell.


Experience:

  • 6 months to 2 years of sales experience in insurance telecom or other sectors involving B2C sales with a technical and financing component
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone to talk to anyone.
  • You have a natural ease in connecting with people of all types.
  • You have a tenacious and sporty spirit: you want to meet your sales targets and surpass yourself.
  • You have an interest in the technical aspects of solar and enjoy discussing the feasibility of projects with technical teams.
  • You are an entrepreneurial builder with great interpersonal skills and a sales spirit.
  • You have a sales mentality and are comfortable on the phone.
  • You are bursting with energy and your enthusiasm and smile can be heard on the other end of the line.


Location

Paris Bastille onsite.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Qualification interview: discussing your past experiences choices and working methods with the CEO (1h).
  • Oral case study with roleplay.
  • Reference check.
