We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tour and Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel excellent customer service skills and the ability to design and book customized travel itineraries. As a Tour and Travel Consultant you will be responsible for understanding clients travel preferences and requirements offering expert advice and ensuring a seamless booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budget.
• Itinerary Planning: Design and create personalized travel itineraries including flights accommodations tours and activities.
• Booking and Reservations: Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements ensuring accuracy and timely booking of all components.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before during and after travel to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Travel Advice: Offer expert advice on destinations travel regulations visa requirements and health and safety information.
• Sales: Promote and sell travel packages tours and other travelrelated services to meet sales targets.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client bookings payments and travel documents.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers including airlines hotels and tour operators.
