Musthave skills: 10 y of exp in business process reengineering and documentation; financial environment
Six Sigma certification or similar business analysis /engineering certifications or gov exp
PREFERRED: Azure DevOps QA Job Control Language (JCL) Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) panels and supporting mainframe software.

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:
Experience in business process reengineering and documentation in a professional environment in a financial discipline (10 years);
Experience with PALM solutions or financialrelated projects experience.

Preferred:
Government experience;
Experience performing QA reviews and provide valuable feedback in determining that standards are met and that documents are complete and comprehensive;
Job Control Language (JCL) Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) panels and supporting mainframe software;
Experience with Azure DevOps;
Experience with data conversion techniques data cleansing approaches and validating data relationships;

Six Sigma certification or similar business analysis and engineering certifications

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead User Acceptance and Florida PALM cycle testing; Confer with impacted personnel to ensure systems are performing as required;
Evaluate critical information gathered from multiple resources. Summarize detailed data into executive level formats as well as breaking down aggregate information into meaningful pieces;
Help manage user stories project backlog sprint backlogs participate in SCRUM meetings including daily standups sprint planning and sprint retrospectives within Azure DevOps;
Use subject matter expertise industry methodologies and best practices and automated tools to analyze and make recommendations on behalf of the Department for required changes to complex financialrelated business processes to align with the PALM solution.;
Assist in business process redesign and documentation as needed to support ongoing efforts in the Office of Work Program and Budget and Enterprise environment. Stakeholder interfaces. Oversee the development of testing strategies data scenarios and test plans to ensure functional requirements are addressed;
Facilitate work sessions to elicit and prioritize remediation requirements. Identify any functionality seen as needed but missing in Department maintained systems. Include analysis of outstanding remediation requests;
Working on accounting and financial computing applications and monitoring complex interfaces with external systems;
Interpret and communicate technical information related to computer programming and data processing both verbally and in writing etc.
