We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Agile Project Manager who will be responsible for effectively managing and delivering projects using Agile methodologies collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting to senior IT leadership. The ideal candidate will have a technical background advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and extensive experience with Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager.
• Strong experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and project management.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in defining features and user stories.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Technical background preferred with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
• Lead Agile projects ensuring timely delivery of features and user stories.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Define and manage project scope timelines and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans monitor progress and report on project status.
• Work closely with internal partners and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed features and user stories.
• Document and prioritize requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project planning tracking and collaboration.
• Ensure all project artifacts are properly managed within Azure DevOps.
• Track and report on project progress using Azure DevOps tools.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to create detailed reports presentations and documentation.
• Demonstrate a selfstarter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Prioritize work effectively and maintain a high level of organization.
• Ensure all project documentation is uptodate and easily accessible.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
