Job Description

Role: Admin/Operations Head

Job Description



Operations Key Responsibilities
Strategize Design and implement policies related to Infra Operations inclusive of the following:
a. Campus Infrastructure
b. Campus Security

c. Transportation services
d. Food and Beverages
e. House Keeping
f. Procurement
Project and Event Management
Manage projects and events end to end:
a. Understanding requirements
b. Preparing Budgets and timelines
c. Internal and external resource identification
d. Flawless execution
People Management and Development Develop and manage team of talented individuals.
Managing team performance and mentoring
Safety and Safeguarding in being responsible for the overall security and safety in the school
including security equipment and systems.
Food & Beverage Operations in overseeing the dining experience for all the stakeholders.
Infrastructure and Maintenance Operations in following up with the Head of Maintenance that all
key infrastructures are functioning and resourced in accordance with relevant demand and kept in a
professional manner in alignment with School's standing as a leading hospitality institution.
Grievance redressal Reassure parents with grievances which have escalated beyond the operational
team members. Resolves the issues by going beyond the normal or clarifies with evidence if there is
any misrepresentation to or misunderstanding by the parent.
Budget management & Reporting Proposes annual budget plan for the supportive services and
maintenance of the school facility
This position requires a close and effective relationship with key stakeholders and all departments to
ensure premium student learning and living experience. The position holder is expected to monitor
key developments project management innovative solutions or novel approaches in all key areas of
responsibility information management and suggest improvements. He/she will ensure compliance
with relevant law and regulations being followed along with timely renewal of all the licenses
required.
