Senior Researcher

Position Overview: PAVE Insight a pioneering startup at the forefront of the connected mobility research industry is seeking a Senior Researcher contractor to contribute to its research efforts. In this position you will play a critical role in shaping our understanding of market dynamics industry trends and data and emerging technologies. If youre a strategic thinker with a passion for data analysis and a knack for uncovering actionable insights we want to hear from you!

Tasks

• Lead research initiatives to analyse market trends competitive landscape and customer behaviors in the connected mobility sector.
• Conduct primary and secondary research including surveys interviews and data analysis to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define research objectives develop research methodologies and interpret findings.
• Prepare and present research reports presentations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments regulatory changes and emerging technologies relevant to the connected mobility ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on research findings and market analysis.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior research analyst(s) fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Support business development efforts by providing research insights and datadriven recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Economics Sciences or related field; Masters degree preferred.

• 5 years of experience in quantitative market research or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills (eg creating industry forecasts) and proven ability in data and statistical analysis tools and techniques (MS Excel Power BI etc) as well as research methodologies.
• Experience with industry datamining tools (eg D&B Comtrade Eurostat etc) is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to distil complex ideas orally and in writing into clear and actionable insights and topquality reports articles and blogs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Proven track record of conducting quantitative market research and competitive analysis preferably in the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of the connected mobility industry including familiarity with emerging technologies and market trends is a plus.
