Overview

Kitchen Manager responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking maintaining a fullystocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role you should be able to manage our kitchen team and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Ultimately you will ensure all plates are properly cooked and served and our guests have a Notably Hospitable dining experience.

Requirements

• 1 years experience as a Kitchen Manager Executive Chef or General Manager of a FullService Casual Dining restaurant w/ $3 Million AUV.
• Austin TX Area Resident w/the ability and willingness to commute to Bee Cave.
• Handson experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
• Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Food Handlers Certification & TABC
• Ability to manage a team in a fastpaced work environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
