Job Title: RPG Developer Infor XA

Location: Remote

Salary: $105000 to $115000 depending on experience (DOE)

• Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years currently working with Infor XA prefer 9.2 (MAPICS) and custom ERP enhancements.
  • Strong proficiency in AS/400 RPG and SQL coding.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing applications.

• Responsibilities:

  • Analyze design and implement complex ERP and CRM systems along with both onpremises and cloud applications.
  • Develop custom features using RPG in an Infor XA ERP environment.
  • Work closely with project managers business analysts and users to gather requirements and design systems.
  • Develop work plans for the design construction and implementation phases of application development projects.
  • Implement best practices for scalability supportability ease of maintenance and system performance.
  • Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
  • Provide support for IBM iSeries and interfaced applications to ensure efficient uninterrupted operation.
  • Oversee application troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Develop unit and system testing plans.
  • Plan and implement massdata conversions.

• Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with OpenText TLi EDI tools.
  • Experience developing web services and/or working with APIs (REST/SOAP/MetaData etc.).
  • Experience analyzing and debugging daily production problems and supporting users.
  • IBM iSeries query design and debugging support.
