Job Summary:
You would be responsible for architecting and integrating dSPACE Scalexio HIL for vehicle and HIL environments for ADAS functionalities. Utilize existing work and quickly expand the capability of the System and Vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Integrate dSPACE SCALAXIO system in the vehicle and HIL environments.
Develop CAN interfaces to vehicle control units.
Update/modify models to integrate inhouse software developed for vehicle control.
Develop data visualization and tools.
Use case testing in vehicle and HIL.
Update the model based on new SW release and integrate.
Required Skill/Experience:
310 years of handson experience with HIL Testing.
Handson experience in using dSPACE HIL (Scalexio) and related Toolchains
(Control/Configuration/Automation Desk) for realtime ECU validation.
Handson experience in Python Scripting.
Well versed with all Automotive communication protocols (CAN/CANFD LIN Automotive Ethernet) and handson experience in configuring these protocols on HIL.
Ability to understand Automotive Electrical architectures and configure HIL based on
these.
Handson experience in using network and ECU calibration tools like Vector CANalyser
Vector CANoe and Vector hardware ETAS INCA.
Good knowledge of diagnostic protocols like UDS and ability to analyze and correct Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
Handson experience in harness development and ECU integration with HIL platform.
Desirable: Plant model development experience in Powertrain Body Chassis domains ADAS.
