Job Description
Job Title: Cost and Estimation Design Build Head
Responsibilities:
Lead the cost estimation and budgeting process for a variety of projects including interior design IT infrastructure and coworking space solutions.
Develop detailed cost plans and project budgets based on design specifications and project requirements for residential commercial and IT projects.
Collaborate with design teams project managers and technical teams to ensure designs and project scopes are within budget constraints.
Analyze project specifications architectural drawings technical documents and other relevant materials to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Source and negotiate with suppliers contractors and thirdparty vendors to ensure competitive pricing and highquality standards.
Monitor and control project costs identify variances and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure projects stay within budget.
Prepare and present detailed cost reports and financial analysis for clients stakeholders and senior management.
Stay updated on market trends material costs industry standards and technology advancements.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations company policies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying Construction Management Finance Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in cost estimation and budget management within the interior design construction IT or coworking space industry.
Strong understanding of design and build processes IT project management and software development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical numerical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
