Greet and direct customers as per assigned area to generate the customers need
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features pricing quality and availability
Answer customers questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Crosssell products
Manage returns of merchandise with valid reason
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Team Leader to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Team Leader
Stay uptodate with new products on daily basis.
Achieve daily & monthly sales target with reporting.
Requirements and skills
Gujarati speaking with Retail Sales is required
Education Any graduation Bachelor s degree
Experience 1 5 years experience in Retail/Wholesale Sales of FMCG/Grocery industry is mandatory.
Understanding of the Retail sales process (B2BB2C) & FMCG Business & Retail Wholesales.
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking and logistic procedures
Basic communication skills capable of building trusting relationships smartly presented ready to work under pressure to meet sales target
Ability to perform in fastpaced environments
Flexibility to work various shifts and ready to relocate onsite location as per assigned.
You should have your own 2wheeler for travel purpose.
