Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic individual with excellent English communication skills We invite both undergraduate and graduate candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity in our US Process team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with hardcore evening and night shifts to align with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets and metrics.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work evening and night shifts.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Customeroriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
Compensation:
- Freshers: Salary of 11500 plus a 3000 allowance and additional incentives.
- Experienced professionals: Up to 18000 with incentives and allowances based on experience and performance.
Work Environment:
- Complete Work From Office setup located in a prime business area.
- Monday to Friday work schedule ensuring worklife balance with fixed weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays).
