Job Description:
1. Based on Lark product features and Japanese user needs create and iterate help documentation best practices video scripts and other types of Japanese help content to reduce the adoption and usage threshold of Feishu in the Japanese market;
2. Based on user needs formulate content production and operation strategies targeting different users scenarios and levels to enhance the user experience of Japanese users;
3. Collaborate with help center customer service sales and other teams to provide optimized content for customer support scenarios and improve issue resolution rate and customer conversion through content operations;
4. Combine data and user feedback to analyze and continuously iterate content resources enhance content consumption rate and satisfaction; 5. Based on content practices establish and update content standards guide content iteration and practices and continuously improve content quality.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above proficiency in Chinese and Japanese as working languages experience studying or living in Japan is preferred;
2. Experience in planning and writing Japanese content tailored to customer and business needs with priorities for SaaS product technical writing or experience in serving Japanese clients;
3. Ability to deeply understand user perspectives and needs;
4. Value data and user feedback able to identify trends or issues from data and plan content that meets user perspectives and needs based on data analysis;
5. Excellent project management communication and collaboration skills able to quickly decompose promote and implement projects.
