Job Description

Overview

The NBFC Sales Jobs play a crucial role in the organization as they are responsible for driving sales of financial products offered by the NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC). They contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization by forging strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for financial products
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Promote and sell various financial products offered by the NBFC
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of financial products with clients
  • Meet sales targets and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
  • Stay updated on financial products and market trends
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Participate in sales events and promotions
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the NBFC
  • Attend training and development programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
  • Prior experience in sales preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Resultoriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events
  • Certification in sales or financial services (preferred)
