Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for financial products
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Promote and sell various financial products offered by the NBFC
- Negotiate terms and conditions of financial products with clients
- Meet sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
- Stay updated on financial products and market trends
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in sales events and promotions
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
- Prior experience in sales preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events
- Certification in sales or financial services (preferred)
