1. Collect clean and analyze large datasets from various sources to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.
3. Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations in data to support business objectives.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and operations to understand data needs and deliver relevant solutions.
5. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of datadriven strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
8. Support adhoc data requests and provide analytical support for various projects and initiatives.

1. Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech) and an MBA from a reputable institution.
2. 02 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or related fields.
3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel SQL R Python or similar.
5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
7. Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
9. Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques is a plus.
10. Understanding of business processes and operations in the chemical industry is an advantage.
