Job Description
Johari Digital is the leading electronic medical device manufacturer catering to global clients. We design develop engineer and manufacture medical devices for global markets. We are MDSAP US FDA and GMP audited electronic medical device manufacturing company in India.
Johari Digital is looking for Firmware Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the firmware development team in the design development and production of their firmware supported products.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing software for industry specific hardware
- Designing firmware solutions based on company or project needs
- Allocating the resources needed to complete programming projects
- Designing detailed firmware plans
- Ensuring that firmware is always functional and uptodate
- Evaluating existing firmware performance
- Troubleshooting firmware
- Creating instructional technical manuscripts for firmware operations
- Incorporating client feedback into firmware revisions
- Managing budgetary constraints
- Performing code reviews
- Assisting in optimising firmware
- Providing product support to customers
Qualifications:
- B Tech with 11 years of professional experience designing developing software solutions.
- Excellent C/C programming skills
- Experienced with security and Embedded Software/Firmware development.
- Strong embedded Linux development experience
- Strong debugging capabilities and demonstrated experience to resolve issues spanning multiple subsystems.
- Experience with Platform initialization Board support package porting low level drivers for peripherals such as PCIe I2C eMMC SPI USB UARTs as well as Memory Management Scheduling Interrupts and multithreading
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent debugging skills
- Expertise in hardware components and design
- Experience in handson development
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms
General Skills:
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle tasks efficiently
