Job Description: Copy Writer
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Copywriter to join our vibrant People Advisory Team. In this role you will play a key part in developing and delivering impactful communication strategies that elevate our clients HR initiatives and engage their employees. This role requires the person to be the voice of our HR expertise crafting written materials that inform inspire and educate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the People Advisory Team and Design team to plan conceptualise and write engaging awareness and sensitisation campaigns on various HR topics for diverse client audiences
  2. Internal Coordination: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as content creators designers and marketing managers to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives
  3. Ownership and Creativity: Take ownership of client projects and get your creative juices flowing to strategise innovative solutions
  4. Research: Conduct secondary research to write compelling and thoughtprovoking copies

Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in copywriting and marketing
  • Solid knowledge of design and internal communication processes
  • HR/Internal people communication experience

  • Impeccable grammar and understanding of syntax
  • Formal professional writing as well as fun light writing
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences
  • Ability to proofread and edit others work

  • Ability to work independently multitask and meet deadlines

Nonnegotiable Core Skills
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Solid understanding of design and content production processes
  • Good understanding of employee communications is a big plus
  • Strong internal communication skills to ensure cohesive teamwork and project alignment
