Other key responsibilities will include: Engage with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and job profiles to deliver candidates Edit / write candidate job profiles/briefs as required Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with creation of assessment tasks/tools Schedule candidates and Hiring Managers for interview/assessment centres (online / face-to-face) Ensure all relevant documentation is complete to process for hiring approval Liaise with Talent Acquisition on-boarding team to ensure efficient and timely on boarding of selected candidates Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout on-boarding Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
