Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports keep business books and maintain databases that serve for business planning and analysis.
• Be in charge of income expenses and calculation of the companys financial results.
• Take care of the following: calculations of salaries travel orders debts to suppliers and receivables from customers calculations of tax expenses sick leave etc.
• If necessary manage the cash register and prepare cash reports.
• Keep records of the companys fixed assets and documentation of warehouse operations.
• Cover our clients businesses specifically their financial needs and goals
• Has the appropriate level of knowledge and experience for independent management of business books preparation and compilation of financial reports internal audits and control reports and external audits.
• Undertake tax planning exercises for clients.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budgets according to schedule.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Support monthend and yearend close processes.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Analyse financial information and summarize financial status.

Requirements:

To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

• Bachelors degree or relevant accounting/ finance qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
• Experience working with international/multinational companies.
• Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills with attention to confidentiality and detail.
• Proven experience in accounting processing.
• Fluency in Serbian and English.
• At least 5 years of experience.
