Prophet 21 developer

Key Responsibilities:


Prophet 21 Expertise:


Provide deep technical knowledge and expertise in the Prophet 21 ERP system.
Reverse engineer the P21 database schema to facilitate efficient data extraction and reporting.


Data Management:

Extract data from P21 using SQL and construct a data warehouse.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to ensure accurate data retrieval and reporting.




Business Process Optimization:


Work closely with the team to identify and implement opportunities for improving business efficiency using P21.
Support the team in developing and applying business rules within the P21 system.
Collaborate with team members to refine and validate data reports ensuring high accuracy and reliability.


Qualifications:


Technical Skills:


Extensive experience with the Prophet 21 ERP system including database schema and SQL.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.


Analytical Skills:

Ability to write sophisticated SQL queries and validate data accuracy.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.


Collaboration and Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical team members.


Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Demonstrated success in optimizing business processes and reporting within an ERP system.


Nice to have:

Proficiency in Power BI designing and building reports to meet business needs and executive requirements.




Additional Information:


Contract Duration: 36 months with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
Location: Fully remote. US or LATAM based.
