As an Inside Sales Executive & Counselor you will be responsible for driving sales and providing counseling services to potential clients. The role involves understanding the needs of clients promoting products or services and guiding them through the decisionmaking process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills sales acumen and the ability to build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Execute inside sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Contact potential clients through various channels (phone calls emails etc.) to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
Counseling:
- Provide detailed information about products or services to potential clients.
- Understand clients needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Conduct counseling sessions to address client queries and concerns.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Establish trust and credibility with clients through effective communication and followup.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients using CRM software.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market developments.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales telemarketing or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within Growth accounts, collaborating with the sales team for successful conversions Skills : B2B sales ,corporate Sales , IT Product Sales, Field Sales, Telecaller, Outbond calls . Good hold on verbal communication (English mandatory) . Experience in BPO/Inside sales / Sales call between 06 to 2 years
