Job Description:
As a part of Kounsel Customer Engagement and Support Team you will be an integral part of our organization helping to support our administrative functions streamline our screening processes and provide essential assistance in onboarding processes.
Schedule and conduct screenings and background checks to assess candidate s suitability in healthcare law and veterinary areas.
Handle general administrative tasks such as email management document preparation and data entry.
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accurate information.
Facilitate and track the onboarding process ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
Coordinate and provide necessary support during the onboarding process.
Create and format documents presentations and reports as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of Associate Degree in a related field.
Previous experience in a customer support administrative or assistant role is preferred the training will be provided.
Preferred but not required familiarity with CRM and Microsoft tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently and manage time effectively.
General Requirements:
Highspeed Internet and the ability to join video meetings during business hours.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to work as part of multifunctional teams.
Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
Availability to work during U.S. Business hours (EST/CST/PST).
