Job Description
Ready to lead a dynamic sales operations team from the comfort of your home Were seeking a strategic Operations Director to streamline our processes and drive performance for a fastgrowing sales organization.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth systems processes and workflows.
- Optimize sales team performance through KPI tracking goalsetting and feedback.
- Develop scalable onboarding training and management processes for sales reps.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with growth objectives.
- Ensure crossdepartmental coordination (Sales HR IT) to support operational success.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Manage budgets ensuring resources are utilized costeffectively.
- Handle recruitment team management and HR tasks for the operations team.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven experience in an Operations Director role especially within a salesfocused company.
- Indepth knowledge of sales processes and operational management.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fastpaced remote environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working remotely is a bonus!
