As a Cloud Administrator you will:
- Be responsible for the assigned cloud services.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the assigned cloud services responding to service requests investigating and resolving incidents and problems and communicating solutions or advice to customers and users on changes and improvements based on best business practices.
- Contribute to the gathering analysis setup design and documentation of new requirements and change requests.
- Actively contribute to relevant projects or service operations across Service Lines where integration is required.
- Perform other duties as may be required.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering institute or professional body.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environment including Azure Active Directory VMs DevTest Labs Azure update management Azure networking Monitoring Storage Application gateways App services and Azure databases.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Microsoft O365.
- Strong experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment including IAM EC2 ALB CloudFront CloudFormation WAF Monitoring Storage and Cognito.
- Experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.
