Here at Teamworx we are delighted to be working with a highly successful supermarket group in North Dublin on some exciting roles. Our client is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join their bakery team. If you have a love for baking and thrive in a dynamic environment we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We have three baker positions available each with distinct shifts to accommodate various schedules.

Available Positions:

1. Night Baker
   Shift: 20:00 pm to 04:30 am
   Hours: 40 hours per week
   Pay: 15.00 per hour
   

1. Day Baker
   Shift: 5:00 am to 13:30 pm
   Hours: 40 hours per week
   Pay: 14.00 per hour
   

1. Shift Baker
   Shift: 10:00 am to 19:00 pm
   Hours: 40 hours per week
   Pay: 14.00 per hour

Responsibilities for this Retail Supermarket Baker job:

• Baking and decorating baked goods to a high standard.
  
• Follow instructions but also have the initiative to work efficiently alone and proceed to the next tasks.
  
• Follow recipes but also innovate and assist with new ideas and recipe testing.
  
• Liaise with management and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the bakery department.
  
• Understanding and implementing food safety and sanitation guidelines is essential.
  
• You will learn about proper handling storage and temperature control of fresh food and freshly baked items to ensure they are safe for consumption.
  

The ideal candidate for this Retail Supermarket Baker job:

• Hardworking flexible and adaptable team player.
  
• Proven experience within a similar role and/ or experience in producing a volume of freshly baked bread cake decorating would be an advantage but not essential.
  
• Passion for good food and quality produce taking pride in your work.
  
• Must have a good working knowledge of food safety requirements.
