Job Title: Community Nurse
Location: Little Rock Arkansas 72205/ 72114
Duration: 1 Year or Full time (options for 26 weeks contract)
Shift: Options for 8 and 12 hours (40 Hours week)
Start date: August 2024

Requirements:

• Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license Any state license works
• Must have ACLS BLS
• Skill checklist
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience including One (1) year experience in Specialty Area

Description:

• The RN will utilize broadbased clinical knowledge to effectively assess implement health promotion and prevention interventions evaluate patient/resident response to actual or potential health problems and provide supportive measures for dying patient/resident and their significant others.
• Maintain patient/resident confidentiality and a safe patient/resident care environment including familiarity with requirements such as medication administration patient/resident/family education discharge process restraint usage hazardous waste disposal etc.
• Provide patient/residentcentered care by performing the following tasks:
• Assess the health care needs of the patient/resident and maintain or develop a plan of care to meet interdisciplinary goals
• Assess and act on significant changes in the patients/residents health condition
• Carry out the plan of care by performing/assigning delegated tasks
• Collect and document pertinent data into the electronic patient/resident medical record
