Generating GT business through retail channels and ensuring categorywise and channelwise growth of the business.

Conducting business forecasting and managing the categorywise stock availability for GT.

Conducting and leading marketingdriven sales activities for new launches categories and products.

Planning and making new launches successful while coordinating with the product team for new product suggestions and competitor activities.

Building & developing excellent customer relationships by maintaining communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement thereby contributing to business growth.

Providing strategic leadership through facilitating or advising strategy development while establishing foresight conceptual capability and market awareness; working closely with the category for merchandise planning for stores.

Mentoring & motivating teams to ensure efficiency in process operations and customer service.

Enhancing staff productivity by screening interviewing recommending training and evaluating employees.

Designing strategies to mitigate nonprofitable geographies and enhance business in the profitable geographies.

Analysing competitive & market insights for new business opportunities evaluating customerspecific strategies and updating internal stakeholders on competitive threats.

Conceptualizing & developing marketing plan & strategies; managing dealers to generate business.

Achieving service targets in the assigned territory for dealer management.

Coaching dealers staff; executing and monitoring various activities.

Identifying developing training and coordinating with the channel network of dealers & subdealers for sales activities credit control; achieving targets assigned by the company.

Increasing brand visibility & awareness while conducting promotional activities within the given budget and time.

Monitoring market trends to identify fresh business opportunities while developing new as well as existing markets & alternative sales channels for higher levels of sales.

Implementing & monitoring sales strategies to drive growth in sales and monthly/annual volume.

Mapping clients requirements & providing them with expert advisory services for the selection of the right products.
