We are looking for a Guidewire Policy Center Technical Lead who will be responsible for leading and architecting fullscale commercial policy product implementations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership a deep understanding of the Guidewire Policy Center and proficiency in designing integrations and configurations.

Responsibilities:

• At least 13 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center development including 3 years as a Technical Lead on fullscale commercial policy product implementations.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading and managing onshore/offshore development teams for Guidewire product implementations.
• Over 10 years of Java development experience preferably with Guidewire Policy Center certification.
• Proven experience with Guidewire Rating engine and configurations.
• Experience with Guidewire application partitioning and optimization for performance and scalability.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology and tools (TFS Rally JIRA etc.) in a technical leadership capacity.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Renewal API and data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with ALM best practices for code versioning integration release management and maintenance of Guidewire Policy Center products.
• Proficiency in secure software development practices and architectural standards specific to Guidewire configurations and integrations.
• Lead and architect multiple fullscale commercial policy product implementations using Guidewire Policy Center.
• Own and oversee postimplementation activities ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of Guidewire Policy Center products.
• Design and implement integrations using Guidewire APIs Product Designer GX Model and other related technologies.
• Configure the Guidewire Rating engine and ensure optimal performance and scalability through application partitioning and optimization.
• Develop data migration strategies and utilize Guidewire Renewal API as necessary.
• Implement secure software development practices and adhere to architectural standards specific to Guidewire configurations and integrations.
• Utilize Agile SCRUM methodology and tools (e.g. TFS Rally JIRA) in a technical leadership capacity to drive project delivery.
