Electrical Estimator

We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our team and specialize in providing accurate cost estimate for commercial and industrial HVAC and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating largescale projects particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors and possess indepth knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements and specifications to prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC and electrical services
  
• Collaborate with project stakeholders including engineers architects and contractors to gather essential information for accurate estimations.
• Interpret technical drawings blueprints and schematics to assess project scope and identify material and labor requirements.
• Develop detailed estimates that include material costs labor projections equipment expenses and project timelines.
• Maintain an uptodate database of pricing information and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
• Participate in prebid meetings site visits and client consultations to understand project needs and address any queries related to estimates.
• Communicate effectively with clients subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and cost estimates.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to accurately estimate costs and project timelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients vendors and team members effectively.
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial and industrial construction with a focus on HVAC and electrical services.
  
• Thorough understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC and electrical systems regulations and industry standards.
  
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical documents such as blueprints specifications and construction drawings.
  
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to accurately estimate costs and project timelines.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients vendors and team members effectively.
  
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
  
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
