TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a company operating a marketplace for consumers sellers and content creators. It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by third party sellers.

Job Description:
- The Content Platform team is looking for a Software Development Engineer. who will act as first level support and development for all incoming production
software application issues dealing with merchandising applications.
- Your solutions will impact our customers directly! Primary responsibilities include developing monitoring solutions troubleshooting/debugging and implementing the fix for internally developed code (Perl JAVA JavaScript) performing SQL queries improving our systems that gather metrics on our features updating tracking and resolving technical challenges.
- Responsibilities also include working alongside development on client Corporate and Divisional Software projects updating/enhancing our current software automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.
Job Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
- They must be detail oriented have superior verbal and written communication skills strong organizational skills are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferred coding skills:
- Java JavaScript.
- Other desired technical skills include HTML CSS UNIX/LINUX Android iOS React JS NodeJS.
- A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 25 years of relevant experience is required.
Story Behind the Need Business Group & Key Projects:
- Delivery Experience
- Group is pretty heads down with work
- This is to help GLOW (allowing updates of delivery locations etc.) and getting accessibility requirements met
Typical Day in the Role:
- More heads down work
- Lot of collaboration during the ramp up
- Making GLOW updates for EAA compliance
- Helping find solutions to get compliance
- Finding scalable solutions on a onebyone basis
- Working ticket queue to help solve accessibility concerns

Experience Required:
- Experience on FrontEnd Development (Mobile and Web)
- FullStack (Front/back end) development experience
- Do not want just coders. Need to be able to assess issues and provide solutions

- FullStack (Java Javascript Python HTML SQL etc)
