About the Company
Our client is a web and app based technology platform that connects healthcare professionals desiring flexible gig work to open per diem shifts at local facilities.
Healthcare facilities post open shifts that need to be filled while local qualified professionals browse and pick up PRN shifts from the app.
Our client enables facilities to offload their HR and Payroll responsibilities by simply uploading their open schedules to the platform.
Our ondemand system then allows professionals to fill the schedule they want at various nearby facilities they’re interested in. At the end of each shift professionals are paid in the form of a direct deposit.
Scope of the Role
We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our remote team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting our growing operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
- New Employee Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires including setting up accounts introducing company policies and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks ensuring all employees are wellinformed and properly enrolled.
- Payroll: Accurately process payroll using QuickBooks ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients track payments and follow up on any outstanding invoices.
- Corporate Insurance: Oversee company insurance policies maintaining necessary coverage and efficiently handling any claims.
- General HR and Administrative Support: Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth company operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. (Candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional skills and a strong fit for the role.)
- Fluent English and critical thinking is a MUST
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Gmail Google Docs Slack and HubSpot.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and remotely managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
