Light Industrial - Production Control Asst

Job Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Production Control Assistant at the Archbald PA location.

A hardware representative type role predominately focused on working on the shop floor. Understanding Lockheeds flow within work centers on the shop floor and production. The ideal candidates will be responsible for releasing work orders prioritizing and expediting work through the shop which will require a lot of coordination and communication with multiple functions.

Job Duties:
Sorts posts and files such paperwork as inventory records production schedules and other production control data.
Keeps records of number of units shipped and number of jobs in production. Statuses and expedites work orders through manufacturing facility.
May prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style size quantity and priority.
May review stock records consumption figures and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.
May prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment. Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.


Basic Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. Experience with Microsoft Excel
3. Experience with SAP software
4. Attention to detail and organization
