Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Melbourne VIC Australia

Duration /Term: 12 Months/Long Term Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile processes within the program.
• Guide and the workstreams (Infra Apps Cyber Data) on Agile & JIRA and practices.
• Facilitate program daily standups PMO sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the workstreams (Infra Apps Cyber Data) progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track and Report KPIs on workstreams deliverable solutions on time.
• Identifying and managing risks.
• Monitoring progress against project goals.
• Manage Jira user groups and project roles ensuring all workstream teams and management have access to boards and confluence reports.

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Daily Standups.
• Build and configure Jira workflows to ensure smooth communication.
• Configure boards for multiple audiences.
• General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
• Certification in Agile methodologies like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Jira administrator for large Program with understand of Infrastructure Applications Cyber Security and Data Strategy.
