Regenified™ was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing a variety of crops and produce.

What You Will Do

The Director of Certifications and Verifications will be responsible for fostering a culture of professional rigor integrity trust transparency and drive continuous improvement initiatives streamlining processes and implementing best practices to continue our mission to lead the way in protecting the narrative around regenerative agriculture. In this role you will also be in the driving seat to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This also includes staying abreast of regulatory developments and changes identifying emerging trends and opportunities within the certification and verification landscape. Together with the senior leadership team the Director of Certifications and Verifications will continuously assess existing protocols and standards strive for increasing and enhancing our objective rigor through observing and following market demand evaluating potential partnerships and ensure that Regenified remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Regenified’s standards and protocols at all times.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and internal quality protocols.
• Provide leadership in executing scalable and sustainable programs emphasizing on rigor integrity trust and transparency.
• Lead Regenified’s standards and protocols integrity adherence for all Field Verifiers globally.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders including NGOs regulatory bodies to lead the industry in setting best practices to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture.

Who You Are

As the Director of Certifications and Verifications you will demonstrate a commitment to team building revenue expansion and strategic foresight. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of leadership experience business acumen and a passion for promoting sustainable agricultural practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 57 years of experience in operations preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading certification and/or verification programs with a focus on process optimization regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Familiar and experienced with implementing Quality Management Systems in adherence with ISO9001 and ISO 17065.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a highperforming team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customercentric mindset.
• Strategic thinker with the foresight to identify opportunities and drive business expansion.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.
• Familiarity with agribusiness environmental sustainability and soil health principles is advantageous.
