Weld Test:Pass a 2G plate test with GTAW root pass and SMAW fill and cap

Job Description:

Header Welders must be proficient in reading blueprints for accurate layout and assembly. They must skillfully fit and weld fabricated and forged components to assemble Header parts using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and/or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) processes. Responsibilities include positioning aligning and fitting components together then tackwelding parts to secure them in place using the appropriate welding process and procedure. Additionally welders should be capable of setting up welding equipment for various types of materials.
