Description: Experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic and fastpaced organization. As a Scrum Master you will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation and adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology across our teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Lead daily standups sprint planning sprint review and retrospectives to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes.
  
• Coach and mentor teams: Provide guidance and support to Agile teams helping them understand and apply SAFe principles values and practices effectively.
  
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the Agile processes and work collaboratively with teams to implement solutions fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  
• Foster collaboration and communication: Encourage effective communication and collaboration between team members stakeholders and product owners to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project goals and priorities.
  
• Remove impediments: Identify and address any obstacles or blockers that may hinder team progress working with crossfunctional teams and management to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  
• Promote Agile best practices: Advocate for Agile principles ensuring that teams follow Agile best practices and adhere to SAFe methodologies while also adapting and tailoring them to suit specific project needs.
  
• Facilitate crossteam coordination: Collaborate with other Scrum Masters Product Owners and stakeholders to facilitate coordination and alignment between multiple Agile teams ensuring successful delivery of integrated solutions.
  
• Track and report progress: Monitor and report on team progress using Agile metrics and tools to provide visibility into project status and performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
  Requirements:
• Proven experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master preferably in a SAFe Agile environment with a track record of successful Agile project deliveries.
  
• SAFe certification: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is required. Additional SAFe certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA) are highly desirable.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban Lean etc.) and SAFe framework with the ability to tailor them to suit project needs.
  
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills: Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively coach teams on Agile practices and foster collaboration and communication.
  
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills: Ability to identify and address impediments make timely decisions and drive effective solutions to ensure project success.
  
• Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Team player and servantleader mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams promote a positive team culture and serve as a servantleader to support team success.
  
• Continuous learning mindset: Desire to stay updated on Agile industry trends best practices and emerging technologies and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
