Amusement Business
Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.
In the merchandising business we plan develop produce and sell character merchandise prizes lotteries and other products for overseas retail.

Roles and Responsibility

  You will be responsible for domestic and international patentrelated tasks including:

  • Formulating and promoting various tasks related to domestic and international patent strategies.
  • Promoting coordination with domestic and international group companies.
  • Providing legal consultations contract reviews advice and solutions related to domestic and international patent rights.
  • Conducting external affairs activities domestically and internationally (license negotiations litigation response etc.).
  • Managing patent rights domestically and internationally (invention discovery application intermediate processing etc. encompassing the entire process of patent application rights).
  • Conducting clearance tasks such as patent infringement prevention and invalidity document research domestically and internationally.

  • Patent attorney qualification
  • Intermediate level or above in English (ability to comprehend legal documents such as English contracts participate in meetings with local agents handle correspondence via telephone etc.)
  • Work experience in patent strategy and IP landscape within a company
  • Experience in patent application and rights acquisition domestically and internationally within a company (approximately 7 years or more)
  • Experience in patent investigation tasks such as infringement prevention investigations and invalidity reasons investigations domestically and internationally within a company
  • Experience in software development tasks or experience in patentrelated tasks
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.) handling skills

Annual Salary:JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience

• Salary revision: Once a year
• Bonus: Twice a year (June December)
