  Job Description

  You will be responsible for the endtoend design construction operation and maintenance of the infrastructure environment for the product offered by Infcurion. Our Wallet Station (smartphone payment platform) has already become an essential part of users and consumers daily lives demanding extremely high availability. To further enhance the products reliability we are also focusing on strengthening security. As the business expands and with the increasing importance of highly secure systems including DevSecOps we are recruiting for this position to contribute to scalability planning for the years ahead.

  Specifically

  • Infrastructure design construction and operation using AWS
  • Establishing infrastructure design and compliance rules in accordance with FISC safety standards along with documentation
  • Streamlining and automating infrastructure construction and management based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Resource and cost optimization for the application execution environment
  • Improvement of development productivity and developer experience through the setup of development and evaluation environments including CI/CD
  • Detection and automation of troubleshooting in case of incidents and operational maintenance
  • Advancement of DevSecOps practices
  • Strengthening cloud security measures using CIS Benchmarks
  • Ensuring security in the development process
  • Implementation and improvement of the cloud security monitoring platform
  • Auditing of infrastructure security settings and policies

  Attractions and Expected Experiences

  • Take initiative in tackling highdifficulty challenges for heavily trafficked largescale services. Given the technical hurdles such as the need for a payment infrastructure capable of handling high traffic for an application with 40 million users and a selfowned wallet with revenue in the billions you can actively participate in proposing technical solutions and driving the cycle from technical proposals to infrastructure design construction and operation. This includes initiatives like DevOps and cloudnative transformations led by engineers.
  • Wideranging skill development opportunities. In a context where building environments with a focus on security is crucial knowledge acquisition is also essential. Additionally incorporating new technologies such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure configuration management and CI/CD for automated deployment/testing ensures continuous skill enhancement. You can engage with various technologies beyond just cloud services like AWS and Azure facilitating a broad skill development spectrum. In an environment directly related to critical payment services for societal infrastructure you have the opportunity to catch up with infrastructure architecture for redundancy availability and quality crucial for missioncritical services. As a DevSecOps engineer you can acquire skills to safeguard user and service assets while ensuring stable service operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Practical experience or foundational knowledge in infrastructure construction using cloud technologies.
  • 3 years or more of experience as an infrastructure engineer including design construction and testing. (This includes the envisioning of construction and operation associated with codebased infrastructure configuration and deployment automation.)

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience

• Salary adjustments: Twice a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
• Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
• Wage structure: Monthly salary

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

• Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
• The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
• Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
• The flextime system does not have a core time.
