Scrum Master

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field.
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or in Agile software development.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies principles and frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc.).
  
• Excellent facilitation coaching and mentoring skills.
  
• Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work well with crossfunctional and distributed teams.
  
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Confluence) and other project management tools.
  

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS).
  
• Experience in software development or IT project management.
  
• Experience in change management.
  
• Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
