Job Description

Restoration Field work that includes content manipulation demolition/removal of wet and moldy building materials as needed setting up drying equipment application of sanitizing chemicals in attics and crawlspaces answer homeowner questions and /or concerns and work as part of a team with other technicians and laborers on a professional level.



Requirements

IICRC AMRT WRT or higher certifications preferred but not required we can train the right candidate and certification can follow.

Must be willing to work in a fast paced everchanging day to day operation. Hours will vary based on the scope of each job. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet building materials. Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds pass a respirator fit test pass a pulmonary function test a background test drives license and drug test.


EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING/EDUCATION GUIDELINES

Experience in mitigation remediation and construction restoration. Certification with IICRC a plus.

LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Possession of or ability to obtain an appropriate valid Wisconsin state driver s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must possess:

Ability to stand squat climb bend kneel stoop walk push pull crouch and crawl for long periods of time

Ability to ascend/descend ladders stairs scaffolding and the like using feet and legs and/or hands and arms

Ability to lift carry push and pull materials and objects from 50100 lbs. necessary to perform job functions

Ability to work in high and/or tight places

Maintain balance in all situations

See and hear well with or without correction to avoid safety hazards to themselves and others

Coordinate movement with eyes hands fingers and feet

Ability to work in various weather conditions including outdoor and outdoor exposure to heat and cold

Ability to work in varying job conditions from clean to dirty environments and other unsanitary conditions with provision of appropriate protective clothing and equipment

Accurate vision to read printed materials and a computer screen

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and to visit various customers and meeting sites

Ability to communicate in person before groups and over the telephone
