Job Description

Position Title: Virtual Assistant
Work Setup: Work from Home/Work from Office
Salary Range: Minimum Php 50000.00 above
Schedule: Monday Friday 11:00 PM 8:00 AM PH Time

Our client specializes in providing remote staffing and outsourcing helping companies build dedicated teams to manage various business functions. They handle the entire recruitment training and operational management process for both officebased and homebased staff ensuring businesses can scale efficiently and costeffectively. By leveraging their services companies can enhance productivity while reducing operational costs.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant:

Daily monitoring and management of all incoming and outgoing business communications.
Produce high quality articles on economics.
Responsible for reaching information as required.
Respond to all incoming business communications.
Organize and update database records reports and other administrative files.
Conduct online research and data collection as needed.
Daily monitoring and management of calendar of activities/meetings.
Creative work with writing and research.
Assist with projects and other related tasks or duties as requested.
Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information records and reports.
Draft and/or type word process format edit revise and print a variety of documents and forms including reports correspondence memoranda agenda items and reports agreements ordinances resolutions technical and statistical charts and tables and other specialized and technical materials from rough drafts dictation modified standard formats and brief verbal instructions.
Proofread verify and review materials applications records reports and publications for accuracy completeness and conformance with established standards regulations policies and procedures; ensure materials reports and packets for signature are accurate and complete.
Other administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant:

PhD or a similar level of education that can produce highquality articles in Economics is preferred and advantageous open to MA or Bachelor s degree with proven experience in admin services.
Minimum of 3 years proven work experience and track record as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative support role is strongly preferred.
2 years of proven handson experience with office management systems CRM software Microsoft Suite and other applicable software.
Exceptional communication and written skills.
Topnotch organizational skills with an ability to think proactively multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Exceptional conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
Highly organized with topnotch ability to work with limited supervision.
Adept at meeting deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
Technologically proficient social media savvy and has indepth knowledge with online calendars and/or cloud system.
Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of sound business communication.
Indepth knowledge of principles of business letter writing and report preparation.
Advanced knowledge of records management principles and procedures including record keeping and filing principles and practices.
