Amusement Business
Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.
In the merchandising business we plan develop produce and sell character merchandise prizes lotteries and other products for overseas retail.

Initiatives for New Business Creation
Our group has created numerous forms of entertainment. Leveraging our capabilities as a comprehensive entertainment group and a global studio structure we actively engage in creating new businesses.

Currently planning services that combine the latest technology and content we aim to pioneer new forms of entertainment as a leading company in the industry incorporating trends such as Web3.0 metaverse virtual YouTubers and more.

Roles and Responsibility

    You will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties at the headquarters that oversees various overseas group companies.

    • This position is based at the headquarters with travel required to collaborate with overseas offices.
    • Your specific responsibilities will be determined based on your experience and preferences.

    • Planning and implementation of HR management for overseas group companies including collaboration with local management and HR departments (Implementation of corporate philosophy management of HR KPIs design and operation of compensation including executive compensation collaboration on engagement initiatives etc.)
    • Support for overseas group companies (support for disclosure of human capital system design support for visualizing HR information etc.)

    • Planning and implementation of HR systems related to overseas assignments (compensation various support systems etc.)
    • Management of expatriates improvement of operation processes overseas safety measures etc.
    • Coordination with overseas group company HR teams on salary calculations taxation social insurance for overseas assignees.

Minimum Requirements

    • Proficiency in businesslevel English.
    • Experience in global HR (HR systems and processes).
    • Over 5 years of practical experience in HR operations.
    • Experience in team management.

Preferred Requirements



  • English here
    • Experience and knowledge in overall HR and labor affairs at listed companies or companies with group subsidiaries and affiliates.
    • Experience in project leadership and project management within the HR planning department.
    • Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.

Annual Salary:JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience

  • Salary revision: Once a year
  • Bonus: Twice a year (June December)

Hours: Flex: 8:00 22:00
