Part-time Payroll Processor

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a remote parttime payroll processor. This is an immediate hire opportunity for applicants residing in the United States.

Job Description:

Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure all payroll transactions are recorded correctly in our system

Verify all calculations and deductions for accuracy

Prepare reports for management regarding payroll expenses

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll information

Keep abreast of payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Assist with other HR tasks as needed

Requirements:

2 years of experience in payroll processing

Proficiency with payroll software (ADP Paychex etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws

Excellent communication and customer service skills

This is a parttime position with flexible hours approximately 2025 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of their own home.
