Video Marketing Editor & Animator

Purpose:

As our Video Marketing Editor & Animator youll be responsible for creating and editing compelling video content across various platforms including Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube and more. Your expertise in both shortform and longform video editing along with your motion graphics and animation skills will be crucial in producing highquality engaging videos that drive results.

KPIs / Measure of Success:

• Project Completion Rate: Timely completion of edits to meet deadlines.

• Revision Rate: Low revision rate indicating high initial quality.

• Creativity & Innovation Score: Internal metric based on creative use of footage motion graphics new techniques and brand alignment.

• Technical Proficiency: Highquality video production reflecting efficient use of editing software and tools (sound color grading subtitles motion graphics pacing storytelling).

Compensation:

We offer two compensation levels based on experience:

Junior Level:

• Targeted Income: $2000 per month

• Base Income: $1700 (85%)

• Objective/Variable: $300 (15%)

• Variable based on 30day rolling goals aligned with company/department objectives.

Senior Level:

• Targeted Income: $3500 per month

• Base Income: $3000 (85%)

• Objective/Variable: $500 (15%)

• Variable based on 30day rolling goals aligned with company/department objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce highquality videos for various platforms and purposes (ads organic content VSLs).

• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.

• Optimize videos for different platforms to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with overall brand strategy and goals.

• Stay uptodate with the latest video editing trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing Instagram accounts ideally for B2B businesses in the coaching space.

• Experience driving high ticket sales.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g. After Effects).

• Strong understanding of video formats codecs and optimization techniques for different platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
