Marketing Project Manager

Purpose:

As a Marketing Project Manager youll be the driving force behind the successful execution of our marketing initiatives. Youll excel in task management process optimization and utilizing systems like Sprints to ensure timely delivery of projects. Your expertise in managing various marketing channels (Paid Ads Video Production Graphic Design Funnel Launches) and holding team members accountable will be crucial to our success.

KPIs / Measure of Success:

• Project/Task Delivery & Completion Rate: High percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.

• Scope Management: Minimal change requests and effective management of project scope.

• Communication Effectiveness: Clear frequent and accurate communication with stakeholders and team members.

Compensation:

We offer two compensation levels based on experience:

Junior Level:

• Targeted Income: $2500 per month

• Base Income: $2100 (85%)

• Objective/Variable: $400 (15%)

• Variable based on 30day rolling goals aligned with company/department objectives.

Senior Level:

• Targeted Income: $4000 per month

• Base Income: $3400 (85%)

• Objective/Variable: $600 (15%)

• Variable based on 30day rolling goals aligned with company/department objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of marketing projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

• Develop and maintain project plans timelines and resource allocations.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.

• Track progress identify risks and implement solutions to ensure project success.

• Report on project status results and key learnings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing project management ideally in a fastpaced agency environment.

• Strong understanding of marketing channels including Paid Ads Video Production Graphic Design and Funnel Launches.

• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) and tools (e.g. Asana Trello).

• Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
