Principal Accountabilities:

• With overall design authority on a project provide expert knowledge on the development of technical solutions.
• Ensure the technical architecture and technologies meet requirements.
• Participate in the documentation and best practice governance for all code deliveries.
• Participate and lead in meetings with stakeholders and the project team.
• Ensure adherence to applicable standards (corporate industry national and international).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the project team.
• Actively participate in handson design development and testing on projects.
• Take responsibility for the quality of the technical deliverables of the project.
• Coordinate design activities promoting discipline to ensure consistency across the project.

Essential Competencies:

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant Salesforce technical experience including integrations and managing technical resources.
• Fluent in spoken English and able to take part in meetings and discussions.
• Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycles tools and methods to support seamless deployments including refresh cycles and overall environment management.
• Proactive personality and able to work autonomously.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Ability to work at detailed and abstract levels.
• Ability to directly line manage a team of engineers and work with thirdparty vendors as required.
• Keen interest in researching updates from Salesforce and keeping on top of new feature releases.
• Track record of delivering commitments on time and quality.
