Position: Real Estate Investor Apprentice
-
Hours: 40 hrs/week
-
Location: Tecumseh Ontario
-
Compensation: $22/hour Potential Bonuses
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential real estate investment opportunities
- Analyze market trends and conduct property research
- Attend property viewings and inspections
- Support in negotiating deals and contracts
- Learn and adapt real estate investment strategies
Essential Qualifications:
- 12 years of marketing experience
- 12 years of office manager experience
- 12 years experience in property management or real estate sales is an asset
- Strong interest in real estate investment and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
