Job Description

Senior Technical Architect at AwardWinning Design Studio in London

Are you a seasoned architect with a passion for technical excellence and project delivery An awardwinning designled practice in London is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional detailing and delivery skills staying informed of industry changes while maintaining a passion for designing and delivering highquality and wellresolved projects. With extensive experience across all architectural design and construction stages you will be a key reference for technical and detailing queries within the office attend site visits and engage directly with contractors.

This role demands experience with multihome and private residential projects both new builds and renovations. You must be adept at working independently and within a team confidently managing onsite contractors handling queries and delivering highrisk buildings. The position will focus primarily on RIBA Stages 4 to 6 covering design coordination technical and detailed drawings onsite delivery snagging and handover. You should be capable of turning around complex packages singlehandedly and mentoring younger staff on intricate detailing.

Candidates should have a minimum of eight years of postPart 3 experience. Requirements include ARB registration a minimum of six years running projects in the UK experience with listed buildings (ideally Grade I) outstanding technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability. Excellent communication coordination and organizational skills are essential along with strong presentation skills structured working methods and analytical thinking.

Proficiency in Microstation is strongly preferred and fluency in English is a must. Additionally you must have the right to live and work in the UK.
