Job Description
Remote Customer Service Assistant position available in Warsaw. Starting at 40 PLN/hr.
Tasks
- Accurately process customer orders.
- Provide detailed product information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Maintain high standards of service.
- Contribute to team initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- English proficiency at B1 level.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be based in Poland .
- Techsavvy with CRM systems.
- Selfmotivated and disciplined.
