Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and execute Mechanical Engineering design within the team from project inception to completion.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery and process.
- Ensuring all interfaces (inter-discipline, client, implementation, vendor, etc) are identified and managed in the execution of all projects.
- Managing assigned work to meet project needs and proactively collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Ensuring costs are effectively managed on assigned work, ensuring work is completed within budgeted timeframes.
- Engage in Business Development and Client liaison.
What you will bring to the role- Degree Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- CPENG Credential.
- Upwards of 8 years of local experience in building services and consultancy.
- Technical leadership capabilities - high level of proficiency in performing mechanical services engineering.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of relevant Australia building codes and standards.
- High level of direct involvement in delivering large-scale projects.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to manage, lead and mentor
